1. HOW DO I REGISTER ON SPORT.COM?

To create a Sport.com account, click on the register button in the top right corner of the main page. Follow the steps and fill in the registration form, then validate your phone number and email address. To validate your registration you have the option to verify your phone number and email address. Just click on the "Verification" button in the left corner of the page. You have the options "Send code by SMS" / "Send code by e-mail" for which you will receive validation codes both by SMS and e-mail.

After entering each validation code, the only step is just to press the "Verify" button in the By SMS and by E-mail section, and your account will be validated instantly. There is also the option to validate your account later.

2. IS IT NECESSARY TO CONFIRM MY REAL PERSONAL DATA?

Personal data can be confirmed after registration on Sport.com and must be real and match your identity documents. Please note that after registration you must provide proof of identity and/or home address as required by law.

3. I DID NOT RECEIVE THE AUTOMATIC ACCOUNT VALIDATION MESSAGE BY SMS

There may be several reasons why the message did not arrive in your inbox: make sure you filled in your phone number correctly when you created your player account. A new code can be resent a maximum of two times. Please contact Customer Support at Contact Form for further assistance if you have already followed the above steps.

4.  CAN I HAVE MULTIPLE PLAYER ACCOUNTS ON SPORT.COM?

Our website rules prohibit multiple accounts. The use of multiple player accounts is considered a violation of our Terms and Conditions and may result in the player being suspended and the respective accounts being closed. If you have forgotten your login details, please contact our support team at Contact Form.

5.  HOW CAN I CLOSE MY SPORT.COM ACCOUNT?

If you intend to close your player account, at Sport.com we offer various options to limit player activity. You can contact our customer support team at Contact Form and request to close your player account, but you also have the option to close your account on the website.

6. I FORGOT MY LOGIN DETAILS

If you can't remember your player account password, we can't provide it to you, as we don't store such information. Instead, you must use the password reset function. Go to Login, then Forgot Password and follow the steps below:

  • Enter your date of birth;
  • Enter your e-mail address;
  • Go to your mailbox (if you can't find the message, check spam/junk);
  • Click on the link in the email;
  • Set a new password.

7. I WANT TO CHANGE THE CONTACT DETAILS CONFIRMED AT REGISTRATION

Please request in writing to change your personal data (which you confirmed when creating your account) at Contact Form.

8. HOW CAN I FILTER E-MAILS FROM SPORT.COM?

The number of legitimate emails from Sport.com that are deleted or automatically forwarded to SPAM or BULK folders is constantly increasing as software and email service providers have implemented new anti-spam filters.

Below are a few simple steps you can follow to ensure that emails from us are delivered to you properly. You can start by adding Sport.com (Contact Form) to your safe contact list or to the list of senders authorised by your email service provider or anti-spam software.

Although the information is updated at the time of publication, the names of buttons and menu options can be changed later. We therefore advise you to check the menus available in your e-mail.

 

Gmail

  • Go to the Contacts section on the left side of your Gmail page.
  • Click Add to Contacts.
  • Enter the address at sport.com in the available field.
  • Click Create/Add.
  • Click Save
  • If the message is in your SPAM folder, check the box for that message and click the Not Spam button at the top of the page.

Yahoo!

If you haven't received an expected email, you can choose one of the following options:

  • Check your Spam folder.
  • If you find the expected message from sport.com in your Spam folder, open the email and click the Not Spam button in the menu bar.

 Hotmail/Outlook.com

  • Click on the arrow next to the New option and Select New Group. Enter the group name.
  • Under Add member, enter a name or email address and then select the contact from the address book.
  • Once you have added all members, complete the registration process by selecting the Save button.

 iCloud

iCloud automatically identifies most spam emails sent to your @icloud.com address or other versions of it and forwards them to your Spam folder.

To mark an email as non-spam:

  • Click on the Spam folder in the sidebar. Select the e-mail from sport.com and click the Non-spam button at the top of the page.
  • The targeted message will be transferred to your main Inbox. Subsequently, messages coming from this address will no longer be automatically marked as spam.
  • After 30 days, messages in the Spam folder are automatically deleted. Check this folder regularly to validate relevant messages as such.

Outlook 2003 or recent versions:

To add sport.com to Authorized Senders in Outlook:

  • Select the email received from sport.com by right-clicking.
  • From the menu displayed, select Junk (spam).
  • Click Don't block this sender from the available menu.
  • You will receive the following pop-up confirmation message: The sending address of the selected message has been added to the list of authorized senders.
  • Click on OK.
  • To add sport.com to your contacts:
  • Open the email received from sport.com.
  • Place the mouse over the address.
  • Select Open contact sheet from the drop-down menu.
  • Select Add to Outlook Contacts.
  • Click on Save.

 Windows Live Mail

  • Open the message from sport.com to add it to your contact list.
  • Right-click on the address and select Add sender to contacts.

  • Click on Agenda.

 Of course! Go to My Profile, Documents. You can upload the documents needed to validate your account and send them to us. This is the fastest and most secure way to send us documents.
